Mike Brown is a Tampa, Florida home inspector serving Hillsborough County and surrounding counties.
Mike's love of building started early when he worked on building homes at his Grandfather's side nearly 50 years ago. Since that time, Mike's long and diverse building construction and remodeling career has given him extensive experience in both commercial and residential construction. Mike has been a superintendent for general contractors, overseeing both commercial and residential new construction and remodels. Since 1983, Mike has also brought his diverse construction experience with his own business, offering quality new construction and remodeling services to homeowners throughout the Central Florida area, encompassing every aspect of home building from the ground up. Mike is a licensed home inspector, a licensed Realtor and has passed the Florida Certified Building Contractors Exam. Mike has a reputation of professionalism, diligence and attention to detail and is highly respected among his clients, colleagues, and other Real Estate professionals. He is dedicated to inspecting your investment as if it were his own.
Mike follows the InterNACHI Standards of Practice, the InterNACHI Code of Ethics as well as the State of Florida standards.
